SIHENG WOODWORK considers material selection alongside fabrication. The following materials and processes are presented in our company brochure.
The brochure features LSB oriented strand board and German Karrisen board. The LSB specification describes imported pine, oriented structure and MDI adhesive, with screw-holding and moisture-resistance properties. “No added formaldehyde” refers to the adhesive specification, not zero emissions from a finished product.
Veneer thickness: approximately 0.45–0.60 mm. The brochure lists North America and Belgium for white oak and black walnut, Russia for elm, and Germany for smoked veneer. Batch origin and grain are confirmed during sample selection.
Side panels: 18 mm. Horizontal panels: 25 / 35 mm. Back panels: 12 / 18 mm. Connection options include four-in-one, three-in-one and two-in-one fittings, adjustable shelf supports and slide-in connectors.
The brochure lists Italian ICA and German Hesse Lignal coatings for clear and opaque finishes. Samples establish colour, sheen, touch and the expression of the grain.
The brochure presents an automated Industry 4.0 production line, colour-matching facilities, spraying equipment, French Kremlin spray guns and an Italian Makor coating line, together with Italian hand-finishing techniques. Door testing covers load-bearing, vertical loading and 80,000 opening cycles. Applicable tests and configurations can be confirmed for the specified product.
